Over 2,000 people have completed the Investment20/20 Trainee Programme since its inception. We know the programme makes a difference to the sector and to individuals. As a result of the programme, individuals have built brilliant careers and our member firms continue to benefit from their skills, attributes, and insights.

Our trainees' personal stories never fail to stop us in our tracks. Their resilience, determination and humility come through loud and clear.

In July, we convened a group of alumni trainees to share their stories demonstrating that the industry is open to everyone with a real passion, purpose and a drive to succeed.

We captured their journeys on film and are delighted to share the result with you. "It can be you" is a collective of stories from those who we are proud to call Investment20/20 alumni.

Diversity is a strong theme that runs through Investment20/20 trainees. We see and hear diversity throughout the film. From Darrell’s experience at 16, through to Ade struggling to get a break as a law graduate, we discover that for many Investment20/20 became the lifeline to take a positive step forward.

Be prepared for the emotion. We certainly felt it.

We were lucky enough to capture some shorts as part of the filming. Shahanaz, Darrell, Haneen and Adeyemi all continued to shine when the spotlight was on them alone.
