Investment20/20 is a community of firms who are committed to partnering to drive positive change and provide opportunities where there wasn’t before. Together we achieve more than we would individually and build sustainable change.

Convening the industry on early talent and EDI was one of the key drivers for the development of Investment20/20, and this has grown in strength and importance over our ten years.

The speed at which the industry and the world around us changes requires collaboration, as one single approach and mindset can’t meet the challenges we face. Diversity of thought and learning from others are key foundations of Investment20/20 ethos.

Our Breakfast Briefing series, covering topics such as Apprenticeships and embedding EDI into recruitment strategies, along with our upcoming Culture and Inclusion Conference, brings together the industry to explore and innovate. Our newsletters and blog presents the latest on key talent and diversity issues, sharing insights and best practices.

Join us on the 16 November for the Culture and Inclusion Conference where results of the first ever Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Data Survey (EDI Survey) will be shared. The EDI survey will provide the sector with a comprehensive insight into the demographic composition of the UK investment management industry and will establish an industry-wide best practice for data collection that will put firms in a better position to address the challenges they face in attracting and retaining underrepresented talent.
