Meet the Investment20/20 alumni changing the industry

The Investment20/20 programme offers our new young professionals the opportunity to develop their industry knowledge and business skills while nurturing the concept of personal responsibility for professional development. For many, however, the greatest long-term benefit of being part of a sector-wide initiative is having the opportunity to build a professional network from the diverse range of firms that make up Investment20/20.

Darnell, Claire, Michael, Adeola and Frank joined the Investment20/20 programme and have since built strong foundations in the sector. The impact of the Investment20/20 programme on individuals is best understood from the perspective of trainees, and hearing first hand their experiences and how the programme made the difference to their career prospects.
