Demand for student outreach remains high with schools, colleges and universities keen to offer students a full programme of career exploration.

Likewise, Investment20/20 members are also keen on engagement opportunities. With a labour market that has recently experienced more vacancies than people actively looking for work, candidates are in the driving seat.

Building on our extensive student engagement at the start of the 2021/22 academic year, we are offering Investment20/20 members a full programme of outreach delivery in Q1 2022 making the most of important dates in the student ‘careers’ calendar including National Careers Week in England and National Apprenticeship Weeks in England and Scotland.

National Careers Week

England: 7th-12th March

An opportunity not to be missed as students across England are actively encouraged to engage in careers awareness activities as they consider their next steps. Investment management has a strong presence through Investment20/20’s outreach and career service. During National Careers Week we are delivering 15 events, with more bookings coming in.

National Apprenticeship Week

England: 7th -12th February

National Apprenticeship Week is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the apprenticeship opportunities offered by Investment20/20 members. Our Careers and Talent team will be delivering 43 sessions during National Apprenticeship Week.

Scottish Apprenticeship Week

Scotland: 7th-12th March

We are working with Developing the Young Workforce to ensure young people in Scotland can learn about the many and varied career opportunities in the sector.

Along with our live virtual and in-person sessions, we will be launching a new pre-recorded session featuring our trainees and apprentices for schools and colleges to use in their own career’s programmes.

Additionally, keep an eye out for our social media campaigns during National Careers Week, National Apprenticeship Week England and Scottish Apprenticeship Week! Across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter we will be sharing case studies of apprentices and alumni, top tips from recruiters, and Instagram day in the lives.
