The Investment20/20 programme supports the sector to drive change as we welcome around 300 new trainees and apprentices every year, each with their unique life stories contributing to a diverse and progressive investment industry. Meet our new Trainee Forum members, who voice the interests of our trainee community and assists us in ensuring that the programme aligns with their needs.
And finally, change is afoot from a regulatory perspective with significant action proposed from the FCA and PRA seeking to improve diversity and inclusion across financial services.
