In 2019, we launched the IA’s Culture Framework – a practical toolkit to help members create a healthy working environment that will attract and retain the best talent, promote good conduct and ultimately lead to better outcomes for savers and investors.
Since the original publication, we have updated the framework in line with industry, regulatory and broader workplace developments.
Our latest edition has now been published and it includes changes to the diversity and inclusion section; additional information on whistleblowing to reflect the increase in whistleblowing incidents over the course of the pandemic (including the proportion made public by the complainant), and two new sections on:
- The post-pandemic working environment
- The role of the bystander
